There is an establishment called "Informatica 911" that has a (sometimes slow) Internet connection with 20 or so terminals. Email and surfing is easier if you avoid peak usage times when all the gringos are in town, such as market or rainy days. Their rates are very reasonable and they also have facilities for reading most digital camera memory cards, scanning, photo-quality printing and CD burning. They have CD-Rs for sale cheap so you don't need to bring your own. Refer to the map for location details; it's quite close to the Tuesday market.
